At Sunehri Dastaan, we want your experience to be smooth and reliable.
Below are our complete exchange, return, and refund terms.

EXCHANGES (Allowed for ANY Reason)

You may request an exchange for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.

For all exchanges, the pickup and re-delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible:

The product must be in original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
The item must be unused
The original packaging should be returned with the product

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped.

REFUNDS (Only for Damaged Items)

We only offer refunds if the delivered item is damaged or defective.

Important: Damage Claim Requirement

Customers must provide a continuous unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.
Still photos or videos recorded after unboxing will not be accepted.

Without the required proof, the claim will be decided at the sole discretion of Sunehri Dastaan.

ORDER VERIFICATION

Every order is packed under CCTV and documented internally.
These packing records serve as the final proof of the items and quantities shipped.

SHORTAGE OR WRONG-ITEM CLAIMS

For any shortage or incorrect item complaint, you must also provide a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel.

Claims made without proper proof will be handled at the company’s discretion.

PRODUCT TAMPERING

If you suspect tampering:

Keep the original product
Keep the original packaging
Do not discard anything

We will guide you on how to send it back for inspection.

CONDITIONS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY

Items without original packaging
Items used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Exchanges requested without covering courier charges
Claims made without an unboxing video
